The High Data Rate Modem, supporting information data rates up to 4Mbps, implements a transmitter with BPSK/QPSK/SQPSK modulator with channel coding (FEC). It also implements a receiver with BPSK/QPSK/SQPSK demodulator and Doppler shift/Doppler Rate correction techniques.
